T-shirts
The shirts have a classic cut, are made of 100% cotton and are meant for everyday wear, branding and promotional campaigns. The fabric is soft on the skin, while 150 g/m² gives a good balance between light weight and durability, which suits larger runs.
The shirt is tubular knit, without side seams, which adds comfort and a proper fit. Double stitching on the collar, sleeves and hem adds durability, while the collar is taped and reinforced along the shoulders so it keeps its shape.
A wide choice of colours and sizes, in men's, women's and children's cuts. The product is Oeko-Tex certified.
DTF printing
DTF (direct to film) printing is a digital technique where the design is printed onto a special PET film and then transferred onto fabric with a heat press. It gives a precise full-colour print on cotton, polyester and leather, whatever the colour of the base.
How DTF printing works
- Printing on filmThe design is printed with special inks directly onto transparent film.
- Adhesive powderA layer of heat adhesive is applied over the print.
- CuringThe film with the adhesive passes through a heater so the adhesive melts and binds to the ink.
- Heat transferThe transfer is placed on the shirt and pressed at 150 °C. Once cool, the film peels off and the print stays on the fabric.

Heat press
A heat press transfers the design onto the base using high temperature and pressure. Its main use is in the textile industry.
Caring for the shirt
White, black and coloured shirts are machine washed at 40 degrees. Never iron the side that carries the print.
